Dr. Mitchell Gardiner graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ in 1977 after graduating from Rutgers College. He served as a dental officer in the US Navy for three years and joined the practice of Dr. Jay Nickel in 1980 in Fair Haven.
Dr. Gardiner has been practicing general dentistry since 1980, first in Fair Haven and now in Shrewsbury. After Dr. Nickel retired from the practice, Dr. Christopher Di Turi joined Dr. Gardiner and they have been partners for over 20 years.
Dr. Gardiner has been on the teaching faculty of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ and now the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine for the last twenty years.
Dr. Gardiner has earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and has been selected as a Fellow of The American College of Dentists and The International College of Dentists. He lectures nationally to dentists and dental students on issues of standards of care in dentistry.
Dr. Gardiner is married to his wife Debbie since 1977 and they have a daughter Nicole in Pittsburgh who is a lawyer in the family court system there and a son Ryan, who after serving in the Navy is presently working in The Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC.
Dr. Michael T. Karwacki graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Scranton. He continued his education to earn a Masters in Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He then completed his studies at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM), earning his DMD.
While at Rutgers, he became a member of Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontics Honor Society.
He was also chosen to represent Rutgers on their annual Indian Health Service trip, which allowed him to travel to Arizona to provide dental care to Native Americans on a Navajo Reservation.
Upon graduating from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, he continued with post-graduate training at Jersey City Medical Center where he was elected Chief Resident of General Dentistry.
He is always seeking advanced education courses that give him the ability to learn, evolve and adapt new techniques in his practice of dentistry.
Dr. Karwacki has an immense passion for dentistry. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

When he is not in the office, Dr. Karwacki enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, staying physically fit, golfing and traveling.

Dr. Christopher Di Turi is a duly trained prosthodontist.
He is a honor graduate of the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. Also he was fortunate to be trained at notable teaching hospital centers such as Memorial Sloan Kettering, Manhattan Veterans Administration Hospital, Long Island Jewish University Hospital, Castle Point Veterans Administration Hospital and Staten Island University Hospital.
Dr. Di Turi has concentrated on providing an extremely high-quality level of dental care to his patients using a nurturing spirit in a gentle and pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Di Turi was fortunate to be educated and trained by some of the country’s leading prosthodontists (many of which have later sought him out for care).
Dr. Di Turi has a passion for practicing dentistry and his clinical expertise is recognized in the dental community. Dr. Di Turi serves in many capacities including a 2-year tenure as president of the New Jersey section of the American College of Prosthodontics (ACP) as well as a national delegate and an international delegate for the American College of Prosthodontics. He has served on boards and committees for both organizations. Besides his excellence in education, the doctor’s keen eye for aesthetics assists him in choosing the procedures that suit the patient for the best desired result.

He holds a title of Clinical Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics (post-graduate position) at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He has also served on the Board of Trustees for Columbus Hospital and the Medical Advisory Board for the Columbus Citizen’s Foundation. He has been recognized by prestigious dental organizations and awarded fellowship.
He is also the Senior Dental Scientist at Orthobond Corporation and the Senior Dental Scientist for research and development at Archer Medical. Dr. Christopher Di Turi has developed several patents for assorted dental materials.
He has received multiple accolades for his academic skill as a student, for his clinical skills as a dentist/prosthodontist and his engineering skills for his research and development.

Dr. John Andrews received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton in 1985. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University, School of Dental Surgery in New York City in 1989.
He completed a one year general practice residency at Booth Memorial Hospital in Flushing Queens. He received his post-doctoral degree in fixed and removable Prosthodontics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. From there he completed post graduate fellowship in Dental Implant Surgery under Dr. Norman Cranin at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Andrews has focused his practice on prosthodontics and implant surgery in implant prosthodontics.
Dr Andrews has been in private practice since 1993. He is married to Brenda and has six children Sarah, John, Matt, Nicolas, Kristen and Zachary. He currently practices the specialty of Prosthodontics and Dental Implant Surgery in Wilkes Barre, PA.

Dr. Robert Conti earned both his undergraduate dental degree and his certificate in Periodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontics, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
He has performed contracted procedures in periodontics for several branches of the United States Armed Forces, including the US Army, US Navy, and US Air Force.
Dr. Conti was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He currently resides in Manalapan, New Jersey.
